Brick ship (4011)

This series of ships and boats do really float in water and have a weight inside so that it does not fall over. The boat has a cabin in the inside with two chairs, two driving seats, a fishing pole and the set also contains a shark. (Wikia link)

On a rainy and stormy day the boat would look like this. It has a headlight in the front and the red/green sidelights on the wings. 

You can also open the deck to view and put minifigs inside:


When the deck is closed, someone can still easily sit in the cabin at the desk. In the rain or at night all 4 people could go into the cabin and play cards, for example.
